Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Pet Reign. The following outlines our shipping terms and conditions.

 

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver within Australia, including:

  • VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, WA and QLD

We deliver to most metro and regional areas.

 Please note:

  • Some remote postcodes may not be serviceable

·        Due to courier and supplier limitations, some remote or hard-to-access postcodes may not be serviceable for certain products. If your address falls outside of our delivery network:

·        we will notify you as soon as possible

·        and provide a full refund if delivery cannot be arranged

We are unable to deliver to:

  • PO Boxes
  • Parcel Lockers
  • Parcel Collect or Locked Bags

 

2. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • product availability
  • supplier processing times
  • high demand periods

 

3. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the date of order.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on:

  • your location
  • courier service
  • supplier warehouse location

Our suppliers typically dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after orders are processed.

PLEASE NOTE: Delays may occur due to:

  • weather
  • peak periods
  • courier disruptions

 

4. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

  • Some bulky or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees
  • Any additional charges will be clearly shown at checkout

 

5. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We work with a range of trusted couriers depending on the product, size, and location, including:

  • Australia Post
  • Aramex
  • StarTrack
  • CouriersPlease
  • Allied Express
  • Direct Freight Express
  • and other national carriers

These are selected automatically by our suppliers to ensure the most efficient delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will typically receive tracking details via email. Availability may vary depending on the supplier and courier.

 

6. Delivery Conditions

  • A valid residential or business address is required (no PO Boxes)
  • Some deliveries may require a signature, while others may be left in a safe place

If delivery is missed:

  • the parcel may be taken to a local depot or collection point
  • or require re-delivery (which will incur additional charges)

 

7. Order Delays & Stock Availability

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occur.

If your order is:

  • significantly delayed
  • out of stock

 we will:

·        notify you

·        provide an updated timeframe

·        or offer a full refund

 

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@thepetreign.com.au .

We will investigate with the courier and supplier.

 Please note:

  • Once a parcel is marked as delivered, we cannot guarantee recovery
  • However, we will assist in resolving the issue where possible

 

9. Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Orders cannot be changed once submitted to our suppliers
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
    • additional shipping fees will apply
    • re-delivery is not guaranteed without payment

 

10. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@thepetreign.com.au within 48 hours with:

  • your order number
  • and photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
